Role Summary:

As an Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting partners and fee earners within the firm. Based in their London office, you will be responsible for maintaining electronic filing systems, preparing documents, handling correspondence, and providing general administrative support. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone organised and proactive, equipped with strong IT skills and knowledge of administrative procedures.

?? Responsibilities:

  • Utilise a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office, to prepare correspondence, invoices, documents, and reports.
  • Manage electronic filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist in client set-up and billing processes.
  • Support partners and managers with daily workload management and meeting preparation.
  • Operate office equipment and handle calls and enquiries.

? Key Skills, Abilities, and Personal Attributes:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, with knowledge of administrative procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Outlook.
