We are really excited to be recruiting for an amazing London based business, who are looking for a proactive and hands on Administrator to support a team of Partners and Executive Assistants.

The role needs someone who is naturally organised, proactive - with superb attention to detail. Your role will be a mix of diary management, coordination, event management, taking charge of submitted company documentation and general office management. The right person for the role will love the variety and thrive under pressure.

The role will involve:

  • Diary Management - arranging internal and external meetings, booking meeting rooms or venues as required.
  • Preparing and amending documents, reports and presentations in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign
  • Arranging domestic and international travel and any associated accommodation, car hire, parking
  • Booking and co-ordinating industry events, such as awards dinners and other business development events, including sport hospitality.
  • Taking minutes at meetings.
  • Creating sales material / proposals to present to new clients
  • Supporting the recruitment and new starter process
  • Reception cover
  • Creating internal presentations
  • Arranging team social events i.e. breakfasts, dinners, and drinks.
