This permanent role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a hybrid work arrangement.Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage and coordinate diaries for team members, including scheduling professional engagements
  • Prepare detailed documentation and agendas ahead of meetings
  • Handle and prioritize communications on behalf of team members and Directors
  • Arrange and manage all travel and accommodation requirements
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and Directors
  • Organize and maintain team files, ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality
  • Assist in coordinating team events, meetings, and projects, ensuring seamless execution
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships
Essential Skillset:
  • Demonstrated experience in a Team Assistant role
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High levels of professionalism and confidentiality
Package:
  • Permanent role.
  • Salary: £23,000–£30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
