- Efficiently manage and coordinate diaries for team members, including scheduling professional engagements
- Prepare detailed documentation and agendas ahead of meetings
- Handle and prioritize communications on behalf of team members and Directors
- Arrange and manage all travel and accommodation requirements
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and Directors
- Organize and maintain team files, ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality
- Assist in coordinating team events, meetings, and projects, ensuring seamless execution
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships
- Demonstrated experience in a Team Assistant role
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High levels of professionalism and confidentiality

- Salary: £23,000–£30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
- Hybrid working model: 3 days at home, 2 days in the office
