Our client is an award winning design engineers which prides itself as one of the countries leaders in staff development and investment.

They are looking for a team administrator to support one of their project teams.

The roles will suit an individual with an interest in working in architecture and building services and looking to forge an administrative career. You will need to have had at least 6 months office admin experience.

Duties will include

Typing and formatting of reports.

Preparation of presentations.

Attending and minuting team meetings

Coordinate events and new team member inductions.

Maintaining records and assisting in the upkeep on quality controlled documents.

Keeping the team diary.

Opportunity to get involved in the process of bids.

Keeping track of all projects.

Implementing quality management processes on projects, which includes document control and setting up documents.

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, communication and IT skills.
