- High volume diary management
- Processing expenses in Concur and liaising with internal teams
- Arranging complex international travel
- Monitoring inboxes and maintaining quick response times
- Providing holiday over for other Assistants
- Phone coverage and screening calls as necessary
- General administrative team support
- An experienced Team Assistant in a similar role within financial services
- Experience of supporting a team of 5+
- Experience of both booking travel and processing expenses using Concur
- Strong Microsoft skills, especially Outlook
- Ability to push back where required and can offer examples of working under pressure
- Proactive and professional approach who works well as part of a team
