Are you a highly organised Team Assistant  and proactive individual that understands the investment sector?At ISE Partners we are seeking a highly motivated Team assistant to provide support within the regulatory division of a global investment firm, you will collaborate closely with senior managements including the CFO and Risk department to manage the firm’s financial and regulatory reporting, playing a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of the financial information.As a Team assistant in this role, you would be joining a team of 3 assistants supporting 11MD’s working in a department that plays a key role in firmwide strategic and analytical projects, providing a unique insight into the firm’s business activities and performance.Key Responsibilities

  • Travel arrangement
Skills and experience needed
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within the financial services, with at least 2 years as a personal or admin assistant, preferably in banking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite (outlook, word, excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Positive can-do attitude with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skill with strong team player mentality.
  • High level of discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Experience working across different time zones.
