Leading US law firm is hiring a Team Assistant to join their stunning London office, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading global law firm.

  • Salary up to £26,000
  • Office based 5 days per week
  • 9:30am to 5:30pm

Team Assistant Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and responding to requests (in person, via telephone and email) as soon as possible
  • Working closely with Firm personnel to coordinate room/event location reservations, food and beverage services, and event materials
  • Perform routine filing, photocopying, scanning, compiling, and distributing of documents
  • Attending Firm meetings
  • Assist with answering occasional reception overflow calls

Team Assistant Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Cilex Legal Secretarial Diploma or similar qualification would be advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including formatting documents
  • Excellent time management skills and manage competing demands on a daily basis
