An exciting opportunity has arisen to join my client as a Team Assistant / EA.

Duties include:

  • Diary management for team
  • Draft, review, and send communications
  • Organise and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the relevant person
  • Prioritise emails, allocate and respond when necessary.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Maintain various records and documents for office
  • Liaises with the team/s to ensure awareness of progress with legal cases, campaigns, or other activities.
  • In conjunction with the team, ensures the efficient running of office procedures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong team working & interpersonal skills
  • Comprehensive administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong IT skills, including use of MS Teams, Zoom with the ability to pick up new digital platforms quickly
  • Ability to solve problems in a professional manner
  • Ability to follow processes and systems
  • Understanding of GDPR and maintaining confidentiality
  • Experience dealing with diary management and travel arrangements
  • Experience dealing with expenses
