Job role: Team Assistant

Duration: 1 months minimum Pay: £13-15phrStart: ASAP immediate startHours: 9am-5:30pm Days: Monday- Friday, Hybrid workingLocation: St Pauls, London

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing admin support to junior members of the leadership team
  • Booking meetings
  • Organising travel and accommodation
  • Scanning & filing of documents
  • Processing expense claims forms
  • Providing cover for the Executive Assistants
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Maintaining stock levels for stock room
  • Organising and ordering Stationary
  • Managing the meetings calendar for all external visitors
  • Meeting room set-up and set-down.
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors.
  • Liaising with building's reception/security team
  • Maintaining client facing hospitality area: keeping area clean and tidy, stocking rooms/reordering of tea, coffee, biscuits, pads, pens etc
  • Ad-hoc tech assistance in meeting rooms - e.g. connecting laptops to the room AV.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience as Personal Assistant or Team Assistant/ similar
  • Working experience in a Team, Office or Personal Assistant position
  • Flexible, positive and can do attitude.
  • Good time management and ability to prioritise and multi-task.
  • Possesses enthusiasm, self-motivation and drive for results.
