The Role:
The key responsibilities for the Team Assistant for the Wealth Manager based in Mayfair will be:
- Support office operations by coordinating meetings, managing office supplies, and handling administrative tasks.
- Assist with HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Provide administrative support to the team and senior management as required.
- Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
- Organise and co-ordinate team and broker events, get-togethers, and lunches, ensuring that catering and all other requirements are in place.
Application Criteria:
To be considered for the role of Team Assistant working for this Wealth Management firm based in Mayfair, candidates should ideally have:
- 12-Months’ experience of working in a similar role within Financial Services (Insurance/Real Estate/Legal).
- Previous exposure to office administration.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
