My client is a small but very friendly trade association based in central London. The team is well established incredibly friendly and supportive. They are looking for an Office Executive to join them ASAP on an ongoing basis (approx. 3 months)   
  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with queries from members and prospective members Meeting and greet visitors to the office
  • Managing incoming emails and disturbing appropriately
  • Invoicing
  • managing company suppliers including stationery 
  • booking travel and accommodation for the team
  • booking venues for meetings

  • previous office experience not necessary but strong customer service skills are essential
