Temporary Team Administrator - Hybrid
Location - London
Start Date - Immediate start
Daily rate - £16 per hour plus holiday accrual
Hours - 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday
This is a great opportunity for a temporary Team Administrator to join the Merchandising Team in our client's central London Head Office. This hybrid role means you would be in office three days a week and working from home the other two days, with an immediate start we are looking for a keen individual that is ready to jump into this role with a can-do attitude.
Role Overview:
As the Team Administrator for the Merchandising Team, you will be joining a growing team in this retail company as it increases their supplies to new clients. You will be an eager team member with a focus on inventory management, stock control and ensuring the smooth running of projects and communications with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Process and manage internal communications, including emails, reports, and memos. Manage retail-related administrative duties, including processing orders, managing inventory documentation, and preparing reports.
- Inventory and Stock Management: Assist with inventory tracking, ensuring stock levels are regularly updated and aligned with the retail needs. Help prepare stock orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely availability of products.
- Customer Service Support: Address customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate retail team members as needed. Help resolve customer complaints or concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Data and Reporting: Compile and update retail sales reports, monitor trends, and support management with data analysis. Ensure that administrative systems and software are up to date for accurate reporting.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with clients, independently and in a diverse team
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in retail administration or a similar administrative role.
