Our client is a multi-award-winning private client wealth management company that gives advise on investments, pensions, protection, wills, and estate planning to high-net-worth individuals and their families is looking for a Estate Planning Administrator. Since we have been working with this company for more than 8 years and have placed most of its employees with them, we are quite familiar with them. The managing director is a truly kind, inspiring, and highly dynamic individual who values both his employees and clients equally. For his employees, he has established a genuinely welcoming, encouraging, and enjoyable work atmosphere. He is currently seeking an administrator or graduate with some foundational knowledge of the legal industry, either through their degree or real-world job experience, as a result of a recent promotion.

The Role- Estate Planning Administrator

Working directly with customers to assist them in creating and finishing their wills and other estate planning tasks will be the role's primary responsibility. In this highly practical position, you will assist financial advisers and their clients as well as solicitors, handling and completing all necessary documentation. You will require outstanding interpersonal skills as well as flawless verbal and written communication because of the role's sensitive and confidential nature. Building rapport and confidence with all parties, witnessing the entire will administration process, and experiencing the joy of assisting families in securing their futures make this an extremely fulfilling profession. Raw graduates will be considered for this Estate Planning Administrator role with a law degree. Individuals with some basic administrative work experience, or those who have worked as solicitors or in law firms, again performing administrative duties will be considered. In addition to receiving comprehensive on-the-job training, you will have the option to work from home up to three days a week if you so choose.
