Assistant Design Manager

Henry Martin Group are partnered with a leading principle contractor who are seeking an Assistant Design Manager following a series of project wins. This contractor operates across both the public & private sectors, with much of this coming from repeat, long standing clients. Project values range between £30Mil - £300Mil+

As the Assistant Design Manager you will be responsible for the management of the design process on a Commercial Office Cut + Carve project. You will work as the number 2 to the projects Senior Design Manager. Most projects are taken to CAT A fit out, with some worked through CAT B and full fitout. All projects are located within central London, requiring you to be based full time from site.

Your background will need to include a track record of working on commercial refurbishments. Other relevant sector experience will also be looked at.
