You will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 7 engineers, ensuring top-quality service delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and facilities management services across three sites.
- Lead and develop a team of engineers, ensuring high performance and compliance.
- Manage budgets, contract performance, and service delivery standards.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contract Manager in the building services maintenance sector.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and service level agreements effectively.
- Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., HVAP, IOSH, NEBOSH) are desirable.
Package & Benefits:
- £60,000 - £65,000 per annum.
