Description and Requirements:
Our Building Services division provides complete Facilities Management of properties throughout the UK, offering mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering, and grounds maintenance on a planned and reactive basis, using technological solutions to manage our teams efficiently.
We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join the Commercial Property Maintenance team on a commercial office building in Paddington, London.
The purpose of the role:Â To ensure that our operational delivery performance aligns with contract obligations and Building Services business processes.
What you’ll do:
- Supervise a team of engineers to maintain high standards of performance at all times.
- Manage client and building users’ expectations, aiming for consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage agreed KPIs and SLAs, ensuring the best use of all resources to meet targets.
- Responsible for managing the company’s H&S and environmental performance on site.
- Responsible for managing the company’s quality procedures on site.
- Manage any additional business opportunities that will deliver client satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Coordinate and take responsibility for all planned and reactive maintenance for all equipment, plant, services, and systems.
- Comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including Health and Safety legislation and safe systems of work.
- Become AP for your site or sites if required.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Qualified in engineering discipline at NVQ level or higher.
- Electrical experience essential.
- 17th / 18th Edition.
- Experience of FM service delivery.
- Sound knowledge of H&S legislation and some knowledge of COSHH.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of employee, customer, and client.
- Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Knowledge of Concept E Logbooks systems preferred.
