Enterprise Manager - £51,098pa - Central London

Contract to commence immediately to the end of 2025

Are you an experienced business development professional with a passion for education and a knack for managing multiple projects? We’re seeking a dynamic Enterprise Manager to support the development, growth and smooth delivery of a leading academic institution’s enterprise activities.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Enterprise to expand the portfolio of income-generating projects, particularly Executive Education programmes and bespoke short courses. You will be responsible for market research, budget management and ensuring high-quality standards across all offerings, while driving the growth of annual revenue in line with faculty targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Developing and managing external client relationships, including international partners.
  • Overseeing the planning and delivery of Executive Education programmes and short courses.
  • Financial forecasting, budget management and ensuring programs run to budget.
  • Coordinating cross-departmental collaboration and managing the logistics of events and courses.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the Enterprise Administrator.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in expanding portfolios of income-generating projects, particularly Executive Education programmes and bespoke short courses, excellent financial and project management skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
