Your new companyOur client are a leading, continually growing facilities management company providing FM services to corporate office environments for a variety of clients in London & around the UK. Due to growth and contract wins, they are hiring a Facilities Account Manager to manage a number of corporate accounts in London. This is a Monday - Friday role with opportunity for hybrid working.Your new roleAs Facilities Account Manager, you will lead the delivery of a high-quality integrated FM service covering both hard and soft services to a number of professional services client contracts in London & Milton Keynes. This will involve line management of on-site facilities teams, budget management and client engagement. Key duties will include:

  • Management and development of site-based Anabas teams
  • Drive commercial aspects of the contracts
  • Ensure a consistent and high-level service delivery.
  • Identify areas of improvement in delivery of the services and processes; implementing change as required.
  • Ensure customer service is at the heart of the way the FM services are delivered
  • Work closely with the on-site teams to ensure all aspects of performance targets are met and all works are carried out effectively, efficiently, and in a safe manner.
  • Ensure operational statutory compliance and completion of PPM works on client sites
  • Deal with reactive situations and manage incident reports as necessary.
  • Manage all P&L matters relating to the client contract, billing model and ACW works.

What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this role you will require a background in delivering hard and soft FM services within corporate office environments. You will also require:

  • Experience in FM delivery across multiple sites
  • Line management experience, ideally across multiple sites
  • Professional services experience (financial, legal, insurance, PR etc.)
  • Strong client engagement skills
  • Budget management experience
