Facilities Management (FM) Electrician - Testing & Inspection
Location: Edmonton, London
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Rate: £20 - £21 per hour (circa)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Electrician with expertise in Testing & Inspection (T&I) to join a dynamic FM team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out electrical testing, maintenance, and compliance inspections across commercial and industrial sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct electrical testing, fault finding, and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance within a commercial/industrial FM environment
- Ensure all work meets health & safety regulations and client requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for compliance purposes
Requirements:
- JIB Gold Card Holder - Approved Electrician status
- C&G 2391 or equivalent qualification in Electrical Inspection & Testing
- Proven experience in Testing & Inspection within a commercial/industrial FM setting
- Strong understanding of PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and compliance within Facilities Management
