£60,000-£70,000 per annum dependent on experience

The company
My client are a top Law firm based in the heart of the city and they are seeking a Facilities Operational Manager to join their established facilities team. You will be responsible for day to day operational facilities management across multiple sites. This team provides strategic support on risk management, contract and budget management and follows ISO standards.
The role
- Facilities Management across regional offices
- Budget planning, forecasting and tracking
- Presenting reports on services lines and reporting back to senior colleagues
- Reporting on contractual commitments
Requirements
- BIFM 4 or above or FM Ops experience
- NEBOSH General Certificate desirable
- Extensive FM experience
- Willing to travel between regional offices a couple of times a month
- Team player
