We are seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the management of a large, prestigious estate, including super prime residential units and high-end retail spaces. Working for a quintessential name in property management, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintenance, and compliance across the estate. You'll be working alongside, and supported by an Estates Management team consisting of numerous Estate/Facilities Management and Customer Services professionals enabling you to excel on delivering operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee building services, maintenance, and safety regulations and compliance.

Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Coordinate with residents, retailers, and stakeholders to provide a world class service.

Budgeting, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.

Requirements to excel in this role:

Proven experience estate/facilities management, ideally within mixed-use developments.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Expertise in compliance, health, and safety standards.

Ability to manage multiple units and teams effectively.
