Our client is a national FM Service Provider with a sizeable portfolio of customers. It is currently looking for a Facilities Operations Manager in London for a luxury retail contract.
As the Facilities Operations Manager you will be responsible for the service delivery and workplace experience; for resolving any questions, queries or issues and liaising with the Head of FM as required for escalation, feedback and support.
The service delivery includes all hard services, soft services, Mail & Courier, Cleaning, Security, and Finance to be delivered at the retailers HQ and offices in London.
Applicants must have a proven track record in a similar role preferably within the luxury retail or hospitality sectors.
