FM Performance Manager, London/ South England, £47-50k, 12 month FTC

Our client, part of the NHS, provides community health services throughout the UK, from a network of 'community health hubs' containing services such as GP, Dental, Physiotherapy and other day care therapies.

They are recruiting an FM Performance Manager for the London and the South.

The position will provide guidance and support to the numerous Building/ Facilities Managers, who are the go-to for the tenants within the health centres, around delivery of Hard & Soft FM services.

One of the main responsibilities is carry out site inspections to ensure the Facilities Managers role is being fulfilled to a certain standard and, if not, support them in ways in which to get improvement, be that training or guidance. Where necessary, to begin conversations with their line manager if further performance management is required. 

The position is also responsible for inducting new FMs into the business, producing and updating Standard Operating Procedures which outline tasks within the FM role. You will be closing out tenant survey actions, creating, instigating and implementing new processes and procedures that will drive improvements to the FM services that are provided.

Strong leadership skills and a good understanding of the specific stakeholders and customers the role supports will be required. How that support can be provided effectively, whilst working on your own initiative and developing innovative ideas to improve service delivery and, in turn, provide great customer service.

The salary is up to £50k and, although a 12 month fixed term contract is offered, our client is very hopeful the role will be extended past 12 months - but can't promise at this stage.

A background and qualification in Customer Service and Facilities Management/ H&S is preferred.
