I have a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the quickest growing maintenance companies in London & The South East who are working in the City of London, Canary Wharf and the West End across a number of Multi-tenanted commercial office buildings on behalf of a number of large property management companies. You will be given a small portfolio of buildings to carry out PPM and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks.
My client is looking for a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer's with experience in building services to work across a cluster of prestigious buildings housing blue chip clients in the City and West End. This is a permanent position covering around 10 to 15 sites on a cover basis and will be covering Holiday, sickness, additional works & new contracts.
Hours
- Monday to Friday - 08:00 -17:00
- Plenty of Overtime Available
Package - Basic Salary of 42,000
- 25 Days Annual leave + Bank Holidays

- Genuine Career progression - would want the engineer to develop into a supervisor and above.

- Electrical - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 or Equivalent

- Commercial Building Maintenance Experience
- Experience in statutory compliance - Water treatment, Fire alarms, Emergency lighting, Etc
- Electrical and Mechanical PPM's and Reactive maintenance
- General building services tasks
- Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment
- Landlord and Tenanted areas for large blue chip companies across the City & West End
- Working across a portfolio of 10 to 15 Buildings providing cover for holidays and sickness
