Key Requirements
- Strong Project Management experience from Investment Banking
- Able to drive, design and manage implementation of HR process and control changes for Markets
- Develop frameworks, documentation, procedures, change management plans and concise communication materials adjusted to the audience
- Clearly articulate problems, and bring the right people together to strategically address them to ensure meaningful outcomes for Markets
