This role is crucial for the business, as you will play a pivotal part in developing, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with a key client and key stakeholders.
This role involves managing a major UK client with a multi-million-pound account. It includes overseeing Hard FM services, managing a large team, ensuring financial performance, SHEQ compliance, maintaining client relationships, and meeting SLA and KPI targets.
Candidates with experience in senior Facility Management roles, particularly those who have managed retail clients, are preferred. The ideal candidate should possess strong executive skills, a compelling personality, the ability to inspire and motivate others, and a commanding presence.
