If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to lead one of our clients thriving student living communities in London. With 9 properties across the city and a 10th on the way, my client is redefining student living by creating safe, vibrant, and welcoming environments where residents can focus on their studies while enjoying an incredible living experience. Their team is growing, and they are looking for a motivated and adaptable Operations Manager to take the helm as a float Ops Manager at their key locations.

The Role:

As Operations Manager, you will take ownership of your sites, ensuring they operate smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience to both residents and staff.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing team to maintain excellent service standards.
  • Driving operational efficiency, ensuring every element of the site functions effectively.
  • Overseeing budgets and financial performance, meeting key commercial targets.
  • Enhancing the resident experience, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
  • Managing compliance, health & safety, and property maintenance, keeping standards high.
  • Problem-solving on the go, responding swiftly to any challenges that arise.
  • Fostering strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders.
