- Manage workshop maintenance, including safety, logistics, and general standards
- Oversee health and safety responsibilities, ensuring compliance across all departments
- Continuously improve methods, systems, productivity, and output
- Conduct all on-boarding for new starters
- Enforce safe driving protocols, emergency plans, and fire prevention measures
- Oversee machinery training, ladder safety, working-at-heights safety, and extraction system checks
- Ensure proper racking and stacking, traffic management, and slip/trip hazard inspections
- Monitor use and maintenance of power tools, PPE checks, and manual handling practices
- Manage first aid provisions and maintain clear emergency exit routes
- Knowledge and understanding of the construction industry
- Interest and understanding of the events industry - desirable
- NEBOSH or IOSH certification - essential
- Tech savvy - able to work and implement new softwares and procedures confidently
- Proven experience with managing a team in an operational setting
- Confidence when speaking to high profile clients and companies
