Position Summary: As an Operational Leader, you will play a crucial role in streamlining operations across Sales, Project Management, Field Teams, Suppliers, and After Sales. This multifaceted position requires an individual who is organized, proactive, and adaptable, capable of managing diverse tasks while ensuring clear and effective communication within the organization and with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee various projects through multiple phases, ensuring alignment with team capacity and deadlines, while preparing commissioning documents and coordinating grant applications.
- After Sales Support: Manage post-project services, troubleshooting, and client support, addressing common inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Essential Qualifications:
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities across different departments efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, accounting platforms, Excel, and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).

Compensation: An attractive salary package ranging from £50,000 to £70,000 OTE, reflecting your skills and experience.
