Solutions Engineering Manager

Job Overview:

The Solutions Engineering Manager will work closely with the in-country Managing Director to oversee and coordinate both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality project completion for new builds and fit-outs. This role requires a strong design background and the ability to lead a team of design engineers from concept through delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and manage relationships with design consultancies, local reps, and utilities, ensuring clear alignment and smooth project communication.
  • Project Coordination: Lead internal teams across sales, design, engineering, and delivery to achieve project goals on time and within budget.
  • Design Oversight: Guide the design team, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices through all project phases.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, M&E, or related field.

Proven experience in design or engineering management.

Strong project management and communication skills.

Familiarity with local building regulations and compliance standards.
