My client are one of the UK's leading Building Services Consultancies and due to expansion within their office in North West London they now require an Administrator with experience working in compliance to join their team!

The company operate nationally and offer a wide range of FM Services within the private sector, working with clients in FM, Compliance, Sustainability & Environmental Compliance. They are now looking for an Administrator with excellent communication & customer service skills to join their Legionella Management division.

The role is office based and will include client aftercare & ensuring all administrative duties are completed on time and in line with ACOP L8 specific guidelines for various projects in their busy Legionella Control department.

Duties;

  • Creating Purchase Orders
  • Liaising between engineering team & client
  • Logging works on CRM system
  • Quality control
  • Invoicing
  • Organising outstanding works
  • Recommending further services to clients to ensure H&S compliance is at the maximum
