A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a strong Multi faceted Area Manager who would be interested in a unique opportunity in quick service restaurant company serving fresh food. As an Area Manager, you will oversee the operational and financial performance of multiple properties within a designated region. You will be responsible for ensuring that each location meets our high standards of service quality, efficiency, and profitability. You'll lead by example, inspiring and motivating your teams to provide excellent customer service while maximizing operational success.
Job Description
As an Area Manager you will be responsible for:
- Making sure that the day to day and long term strategies are met
- Total control for budgets and forecasts
- Regular site visits
- Monitoring sales strategies to meet expectations
- Lead and manage a portfolio of stores, ensuring consistent service delivery and operational excellence across all sites
- Review and manage budgets, expenditures, and financial reports to ensure cost control and profitability.
- Responsible for all training & development policies
- Drive local marketing initiatives and partnerships to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty
- Regular communication with Senior Directors & investors on updates
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure that operational standards, customer service, and overall performance meet company expectations.
- Implementing policies and procedures in line with business needs
- Making sure that sales targets and profit are met
- Be able to think on your feet in order to solve problems
The Ideal candidate will be:
- An experienced Area Manager or Multi Site Manager with at least three/four years working in a multi faceted quick service restaurant environment
- Able to develop and implement strategies
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in dealing with suppliers and 3rd parties
- Strong financial acumen and be able to execute and deliver on sales & budgets
- Focus on attention to detail
- Good understanding about production
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- MUST be flexible for weekend working
- Experience in building the brand culture
- Confident with dealing with presentations with Senior board and Directors
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team
- Understand and implementing restaurant service and standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
The ideal candidate will have great organisational skills along with the passion and commitment in driving the business with a proven track record as an Area Manager or Multi Site Manager in a quick service counter restaurant sector.
