Area Operations Manager

A Fantastic Opportunity for an Area Operations Manager,based in the North West London and surrounding areas inside the M25.

We have an exciting full time opportunity for an Area Operations Manager to join our operational team. The Area Operations Manager role is a key role within the company as the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a geographical area which will cover a number of sites within North London and surrounding areas. Working as part of a successful team with other Area Managers in this key area of our business.

The successful applicant will receive:

The role will include:

1.Leading and inspiring front line operational teams

2.Multi-site management via remote management means

3.Visiting sites and frontline team members

4.Effective management of the team

5.Interacting with customers/clients at all levels

6.Creation and management of budgets within financial parameters

7.Leading training, development and people succession planning

8.Regional Duty manager weekend cover (1 in8weekends)

The ideal applicant will have a full UK driving license(essential) andideally live within North London and be able to manage an area which includes the above areas.
