The Role:

As an Assistant Operations Manager, you'll be at the core of our site's day-to-day success, ensuring that everything runs like clockwork. You'll work closely with the Operations Manager, supporting both the team and residents, and making sure our community is a place where students feel at home.

  • Support the team in delivering an outstanding resident experience.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient site management.
  • Act as a first point of contact for resident queries, providing swift and effective solutions.
  • Maintain high standards across all shared spaces, ensuring they are well-presented, safe, and welcoming.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies.
  • Monitor and maintain service levels, proactively addressing issues before they arise.
  • Contribute to financial success, supporting revenue goals and budget management.
