We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and experienced Assistant Site Manager for our K&B renewal projects in Wandsworth and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams of trades, play a key role in project delivery, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in the Microsoft Office package.

A clean UK driving license and comfort with driving in the London area are required.

There is potential for growth within our company, with the possibility of advancing to a Site Manager role.

Main Objectives of the Assistant Site Manager role:

  • Supervise, motivate and manage all site-based operatives, overseeing all aspects of their work, including carrying out safety inductions; toolbox talks; controlling the quality of work; ensuring method statement and order fulfilment; cleanliness & tidiness; the use of tools, waste reduction; use of personal protection equipment/wear
  • The Assistant Site Manager will work collaboratively as part of the site team to deliver the required services according to the contract requirements
  • To ensure that the residents experience a class-leading experience of PiLON to the point where they will recommend our services


Must-haves and skills required:

  • Construction Skills Certificate Card [CSCS]
  • Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme [SSSTS]
  • First Aid qualification
  • Full, clean UK driving license and access to own vehicle
  • Timekeeping and reliability
  • Prioritisation skills and flexibility are required in order to meet commitments and deadlines
  • Organised and excellent Microsoft Office skills


Desired qualifications:

  • Experience in the social housing sector
  • Site Manager Safety Training Scheme [SMSTS]
  • Asbestos Awareness Training
  • Health & Safety Awareness
