We are seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a leading residential developer in the Brixton area.
The project involves a 500+ unit RC Frame apartment scheme that is just starting, requiring good experience with externals and fit-outs.
Candidates should have experience working on RC frame housing projects and demonstrate a strong work ethic to advance in their careers.
The role involves overseeing subcontractors, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring project quality, timeline, and budget are met.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates should ideally have at least 3 years of relevant experience.

We are currently working with a leading residential developer, to assist in their search for an Assistant Site Manager around the Brixton area. This will be on a 500+ unit RC Frame apartment scheme.

Our client has many RC Frame projects across London and strong pipeline of work, so there would be no issues with the longevity of work. This project is just starting, so you would good experience with externals, from groundworks, frame, to the internal fit out.

Responsibilities for Assistant Site Manager:

Oversee the sub-contractors and labour force, keeping high health & safety standards.
Achieve a high quality product across 100+ units of RC frame apartments.
Keep the project on time and in budget.

Requirements for Assistant Site Manager:

Worked on RC frame housing projects.
Hard worker who wants to prove themselves to progress up the ladder.
