We are working with a developer based in West London, who have a £44million project in South Harrow. The project is RC Frame across 3 blocks and will be 191 units in total.
Assistant Site Manager Responsibilities:
- Subcontractor Management
- Co-ordinate, drive and control initial site set up, actively installing Company systems and procedures.
- Manage site teams by monitoring performance against contract targets and instigating any necessary corrective actions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- A proven background working on large scale RC Frame Residential schemes.
- Proven ability to manage projects and deliver quality work on time, within budget
- High rise experience
- Construction Management Degree
