Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

We are currently seekingAssistant Site Manager to join a well-established residential main contractor on a large scheme inEast London. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations on a busy site and helping managing the internals from 1st fix to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing site activities and ensuring project milestones are met
• Ensure high standards of quality, health & safety, and compliance with building regulations
• Supervise subcontractors and trades on site
• Coordinate deliveries and manage materials
• Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Experience in residential new build projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes and health & safety regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• SMSTS or SSSTS preferred but not essential
