I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a leading tier 1 residential developer, in assisting them with recruiting of an Assistant Site Manager (Internals biased) for their major residential scheme based in West London.
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Block Manager in driving the internal fit out of a block of 90 apartments, from 1st fix stage through to handover. You will be responsible for managing the internal fit out, managing the sub-contractors out on site, ensuring health and safety is met out on site, driving towards CML's and reporting into the Block and Project Manager on site. The ideal candidate must have worked for a residential developer/residential main contractor and have experience in delivering units to a timely and quality standard.
You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Certificate. The contract is a minimum 12 months contact here.
