- Basement & groundworks management experience ESSENTIAL
- Ability to manage building and fit-out works.
- Reliable with good time keeping.
- Able to read drawings and technical specifications.
- Friendly and approachable. Able to deal with delivery schedules and keep good relations to the neighbors of our project.
- Knowledge of basement construction, reinforcement, Concrete and structural steel works.
- Site Management Qualifications. Minimum SMSTS.
- Full knowledge of Health & Safety procedures & Paperwork.
- Technical Drawing, office documents, excel etc an advantage.
