Change Manager - Production Control and Reliability

Ncounter’s Asset Management partner is seeking a senior Change Manager to assist with Application Maturity, and Business Continuity functions within the organization. This role ensures smooth transitions during technology upgrades, helps drive the maturity of business-critical applications, and supports business continuity through disaster recovery and resilience planning. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing change initiatives, overseeing the lifecycle of applications, and ensuring operational resilience in a high-paced, technology-driven financial environment.

This person will need to lead development and improvement of Policy for Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery. Alignment with business priorities will be the focus, and this Change Manager will need to develop, implement, and test disaster recovery plans and manage regular business continuity exercises. Compliance and documentation of all disaster recovery procedures will be paramount.

We are looking for someone to develop and implement a comprehensive Change Management framework to minimize disruptions during technology upgrades, migrations, and business process changes. Acting as a liaison between business, IT, and operations teams to ensure effective communication and alignment during change initiatives they will need to conduct impact assessments, manage risk, and ensure proper documentation and tracking for compliance. To ensure adoption of these policies, this person will personally lead cross-functional teams through change processes, provide training, ensuring smooth transitions.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Application Lifecycle Management, and Business Continuity within a financial services or technology-driven organization.
  • Advanced certifications in ITIL, COBIT, ISO 22301, or similar frameworks are a plus.
  • Proven track record of prioritizing and managing complex change initiatives and technology system implementations in a high-stakes environment.
  • Strong background in disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and risk management.

Focusing on each Applications maturity, we are looking for someone to define and maintain a roadmap to enhance the performance, resilience, scalability and usability of business-critical applications. They will need to conduct assessments of existing applications to identify improvement opportunities and drive modernization efforts.
