- Develop key performance indicators to measure process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure process excellence.

Profile
A successful Continuous Improvement Manager should have:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial position within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
