Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Residential project experience is from inception till completion is required.

Electrical qualifications.

Capable of handling an M&E project value up to 20 Million.

- Attendsite meetings with the Project Management team.
- Oversee the labour on site as well as forecast needs.
- Toolbox Talks.
- Be presentable and client facing.
This role is being offered on a self-employed contract basis but could turn permanent for the right candidate.
