We are currently representing an established M&E contractor that specialises in residential and commercial projects. Our client is looking for an experienced Electrical Site Manager / Electrical Project Manager to oversee a key project based in London. The ideal candidate will have a stable career history and a strong background in residential electrical installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee electrical installations on residential and commercial projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Manage day-to-day site activities, coordinating with teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to address issues and provide progress updates.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects stay on track.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on residential electrical projects.
- A stable CV with long-term roles, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
- Strong understanding of electrical installations and relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. City & Guilds, 18th Edition, SMSTS/SSSTS).
Desirable:
- Experience with high-end residential electrical projects.
- Knowledge of project management software is a plus.
