Hill McGlynn are excitied to be working with a prominant, National M&E contractor, recruiting an Electrical Site Manager.
Working on aprestigious residential project in Kilburn, London, you will be responsible for overseeing the intial phase to completion - end expected December 2026.
You will be working for a consistently high reaching Top 20 UKM&E Contractor, with end clients being the Nations Tier 1 Main Contractors and Developers.

Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Residential project experience is from inception till completion is required.
- Electrical Qualifications.
- SMSTS.
- Attendsite meetings with the Project Management team.
- Validate design plans with surveyors, architects, and engineers.
- Oversee the procurement of building materials and equipment.
- Liaising on behalf of the company with the client.
- Provide Weekly and monthly plans and forecasts to clients via phone, email, or meetings.
This role is being offered on a long term contract basis with a daily pay rate of up to 270 per day DOE.
