Facades Site Manager

Title: Senior Façade manager

Project Locations: North London

Office Location: Wembley

All in Package: £85k (Experience depending)

Start: asap

Shift Pattern/Hours: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm (can change based off project needs)

My client is a well-known Design & Build Contractor who specialises in Medium sized Apartment builds form the ground up. Their typical projects are around £15m-£20m but they do take on projects up to £40m.

The current project you’ll be joining comprises of 3 Newbuild tower blocks up to 20 stories n Northwest London.

Responsibilities

• Managing 3 Site Foreman/manages.
• Overseeing all the Façade & external works across a multi-Tower block development.
• Ensuring all site managers understand the program of works being undertaken.
• Manage & Co-ordinate health & safety across the site with the project manager
• Ensure you’re a visible presence on site
• Ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and schedule all external activities on the site, including subcontractors, suppliers, and tradespeople.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure work is being carried out to the required standards.
• Resolve any issues, conflicts, or disputes that may arise during the course of the project.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, changes, and milestones.
• Lead and supervise a team of site personnel, providing direction, guidance, and support as needed.
