As a Facilities Assistant, you will work closely with the Estates Team to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of the school premises. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing general maintenance, minor repairs, and refurbishment works.
• Supporting with health and safety compliance and security protocols.
• Managing porterage duties and assisting with setting up for events.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to safeguarding practices.

This fixed-term position offers the potential for extension to a permanent role, providing a stable and rewarding opportunity for the right candidate.

• Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
• Basic DIY skills and knowledge of Health and Safety protocols.
• Basic IT skills and an understanding of safeguarding responsibilities.
