Join a premier property management and real estate services firm as a Facilities Manager. This permanent role involves overseeing and managing budgets for multiple properties throughout  London. The position combines remote work with on-site duties across office, retail, and industrial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the delivery of legally compliant, safe, and customer-centric environments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Organize and perform property inspections
  • Ensure adherence to risk management protocols
  • Conduct Health & Safety risk assessments
  • Manage suppliers and contractors
  • Oversee sustainability initiatives and routine reporting

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in managing multiple commercial properties
  • In-depth knowledge of service charge budgets
  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
  • Membership in a professional body such as IWFM or an equivalent organization
