Facilities Manager, London (City)
55,000 - 65,000 Plus Package
An investor who own various businesses and real estate assets, is currently looking to attract someone who will oversee and manage 3 of their office buildings which are located in London (City side). The buildings vary in size from circa 20,000 sq ft to 250,000 sq ft.
Ideally candidates will have between 5 & 10 year experience within facilities management, and have exposure of working within the London office space.
You will need to hold relevant and up to date experience relating to important factors such as fire and safety regs, general H&S, building compliance etc.
The portfolio currently consists of 3 buildings however this is likely to grow to 4 or 5 over the coming months.
This is a great opportunity to work directly for an owner, and take a leading role and be the focal point on all things FM related.
Salary negotiable and will depend on experience, we anticipate it to be in the region of 55,000 - 65,000 however will be measure on a case by case basis.
