Facilities Manager To manage and maintain all aspects of facilities management across an allocated portfolio, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high service standards.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum three years experience in Facilities Management / Property Management
- Experience of SERVICE CHARGES
- Understanding of health and safety compliance systems
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- Professional, polite, and presentable manner
Facilities Management
- Attend client meetings, prepare reports, and provide informed commentary on facilities matters
- Ensure reactive and routine repairs are logged and managed effectively in the CAFM system (e.g., Elogbooks), assigning approved contractors as required
- Monitor and track works, ensuring tenants and residents are kept informed of progress
- Oversee contractor administration, including contracts, purchase orders, and health & safety documentation, ensuring adherence to company policies
- Ensure occupiers are updated regarding planned and reactive maintenance
- Prepare and review service charge budgets, ensuring all necessary works are considered for the upcoming year
- End-of-year service charge reporting
- Perform routine property inspections and complete detailed reports
- Monitor and resolve risk assessments within designated timeframes
